MIDWEST CATHOLIC FAMILY CONFERENCE

Now in it's 9th year, The Midwest Catholic Family Conference is a unique opportunity to hear some of the country's most knowledgable speakers from both the clergy and the laity who can clearly and intelligently address contemporary Church teachings and social issues in the light of those teachings.

Our ministry has reached many thousands of people in the United States and around the world with the saving message of Christ's love and of how the Catholic Church is the instrument for learning about and sharing that love.

Paging Screens: Located in Convention Hall, Expo Hall and the High School Program in the Exhibition Hall Balcony. The Paging Screens serve as an important communication tool between the Conference and attendees. The Paging Screen is primarily for the parents of children in the Children's Program, but it is also useful to communicate last and found items, emergencies, etc. Parents are encouraged to read the Paging Screens often and go immediately to their child's designated room if his/her name and wristband ID appears on the Paging Screen.

Special Needs Program: Ministry with Persons with Disabilities will coordinate the special needs program for children. Pre-registration is required. Click here to download the Special Needs form >

Live Telecast/Playroom: One playroom is available for children under the age of 3 if accompanied by a parent. A Big-Screen Television monitor is provided in the room to allow parents to view talks broadcast LIVE from Convention Hall. Children can play while parents watch and listen. It is located on the second floor adjacent to the Children's Program. Cribs are not allowed.

Prepaid Meals: If you order prepaid meals, you can pick up your tickets in the registration area in Expo Hall. Look for the sign "Prepaid Meals".

Food - Drink - Cooler Check In: No food or drink, except coolers (ice chests) may be brought into Century II. Coolers with food and drink for meals and snacks must be checked in at the Information Table located in the connecting lobby. You may check out your cooler when you are ready to eat. Please be aware that you must go outside of the Century II Convention Center to eat. Coolers are not allowed inside the Century II Convention Center. No alcohol is allowed on the Century II grounds.

The Price-Woodard Park with its beautiful fountains is available for picnics. The park borders the river on the west side of the Convention Center. A number of area restaurants, many within walking distance, are also available. A "Restaurant Map" will be included in your Welcome Packet. On-site concessions are also available in Expo Hall at regular event prices.
