CHILDREN'S PROGRAM (AGES 3-10)

The Children's Program, open to ages 3-10, is conveniently located on the second floor just above the connecting lobby that is between Convention Hall and Expo Hall.

Pre-registration to the Children's Program is required as space is limited.

Hours of the Children's Program: Saturday from 8:00 am to 10:15 am and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Sunday from 8:00 am to 10:15 am and 1:30 pm to 4:20 pm.

Special Needs Program: Ministry with Persons with Disabilities will coordinate the special needs program for children. Pre-registration is required. Click here to download the Special Needs form >

Children are divided by age groups and will participate in age-appropriate catechesis. Activities of stories, arts and crafts and songs are based on the theme of the Conference. All age groups will participate in Eucharistic Adoration. Children will have an opportunity to go to Confession on Saturday.

We are blessed with the presence of religious brothers and sisters leading the students in the children’s program.  We group the children by ages.  We will have 4 or 5 rooms for 3-6 yr olds, a room for 7-8 yr olds, and a room for 9-10 yr old.

Communication with parents is available at all times through the Paging Screens. Safety concerns prevent us from changing diapers and administering snacks or medication. Cribs are not allowed.

All children who have completed their 1st communion this year are invited to participate in the formation of the Procession up near Jesus just behind the priests.  Plan to bring the first communion dress.  We have cassocks for the boys.  Please notify us that your child will be participating at vmkuhlmann@gmail.com.

All First Communicants that join the Eucharistic Procession: the MC's will announce when and where to meet.
