JUNIOR HIGH PROGRAM (GRADES 6-8)
The Junior High Program takes place in the Hyatt Grand Eagle Ballroom on Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and on Sunday from 8:30 am to 4:20 pm. Confessions for the junior high youth will be available Saturday afternoon in their respective rooms.
We will meet together in the mornings and share the speakers, L’Angelus Family Band, Andrew Pudewa and Br. Isaiah. In the afternoon we will cordon off the room with a wall and have a program just for girls and one just for guys.
Molly Miller and Monica Cops, co-authors with Teresa Tomeo, wrote the series “All Things Girl” and the book, “All Things Guy”. Teresa will speak to the girls on Saturday. Molly and Monica will be the MC’s for the girls during the afternoon sessions. They will talk about “girl” issues, like modesty, manners, meanness, fashion and keeping God in your heart. They will have a “modesty” fashion show Sunday afternoon.
The boys will have speakers like, Tim Staples, Jesse Romero, and Fr. Aaron Spexarth that will prepare them for becoming a Christ-Centered man. Fr. Aaron will MC the guy’s program in the afternoon. At the end of the guy session on Sunday, Fr. Aaron will challenge the guys to a Catholic Decathlon Competition!
